When I initially received this product,I was very unhappy with the layout and printing. The words were not centered properly and the font was too small and thin. I emailed the company and they were extremely gracious. They asked what I was unhappy with and immediately reprinted the stickers with corrections, and sent the replacements free of charge. The 2nd batch came out perfect and beautiful.
